Join us in getting out of the “condemnation racket” and into the loving business! One congregational application of our “When in Romans” series is to share with our neighbors and strangers that “God loves you.” We have that chance at Food Truck Night at Journey Cafe, June 6, 5-8 pm at The Journey Outpost to invite our neighbors to eat with us and to share with them that “God loves you!”

ROMANS 12: IMPROVING YOUR SERVE IN THE BODY OF CHRIST
Paul is less interested in Romans 12 in what gifts and who’s using them and more interested in the loving way gifts build the body of Christ. What if we could improve our awareness of loving ways people serve in the body of Christ at The Journey?
The body of Christ flourishes when we each member serves as a loving part of the whole. The body suffers when we do not lovingly serve. A member of The Journey: A New Generation Church of Christ is someone who has decided to follow Jesus and self-identified as joining The Journey. Each Journey member is expected to take a next step to serve the body of Christ in some way. Can you improve the way you are currently serving, or start serving at The Journey?
In order to address this directly, The Journey leadership has included a handout inside the June 3, 2018 bulletin, you are being asked to notice those serving and ways you are currently serving or want to serve.
