LEVITICUS 21: DON’T USE THIS TEXT TO TAKE PEOPLE’S LAND!

When Leviticus speaks of land, we need to be cautious not to think we can just take people’s land from them. Texts about possessing land have been misused by generations of people and to think that somehow religious people continue to hold the ability to possess land and take it away from people is a problem.
