Moses’s funeral was last week. Read about it at Clint Davis’s blog, Between Two Worlds. Adam’s funeral is Wednesday 10 am, Memorial Road Church of Christ. The visitation is 6-8 pm Tuesday.
These are modern day men who gave their lives for God and died in His service. What an inspiration.
Wade,
Greg,
I just read the piece with you and Wade on Leadership Journal’s website: http://www.christianitytoday.com/le/2007/001/1.49.html
That’s one of the best pieces I’ve ever read on Christianity Today (or her affiliates). I know you and Wade well enough to know that you are not looking for praise for these decisions and movements made in humility (of all things!)…but you guys do need to hear affirmation from fellow trench dwellers: we support and admire your kingdom convictions. Thanks for having the courage to say what many do not (including myself).

hi, our daughter terra is a missionary in uganda . she was one of adam langfords many friends. she was very inspired by adam in such a practical way he encouraged her ministry telling her how much he apreciated what she was doing in uganda.this gave her such support,he had a way of encourageing the people around him. the adam we see through our daughters eyes , encouraged the faith in others to grow because of how beautifuly he allowed Jesus to live in and shine in his life. i shared with our daughter how we are so greatful she got to know this strong christian.Gods word says that “the Lord’s loved ones are precious to him;it grieves him when they die.” psalm 116:15. i shared with our daughter how like the early christians that gieved and must have wondered ,why steven such a powerful young man,so anointed in his ministry could be stoned to death.today we shared how they had to have felt, the loss the pain, the questions of these early brothers and sisters in Christ.let us pray for an army of pauls young and old men and women to climb up from the ashes and pick up the baton left behind for them by adam and moses.uganda needs them, Lord reach every corner of this earth with your people , your church may the bride reflect the love of the bridegroom to this hurting, dirty, suffering earth !
Dear Greg, just wanted to say, we love you and your family and hope you are well in Oklahoma. What a blessing you are to so many!

GT,
Great article. Encouraged my heart. I am also working to turn an aging church outward. Keep up the great work.
God’s blessings! Come and stay in our home any time you are coming through Arkansas!
